1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

Personal information you disclose to us

Social Media Login Data. We may provide you with the option to register with us using your existing social media account details, like your Facebook, X, or other social media account. Application Data. If you use our application(s), we also may collect the following information if you choose to provide us with access or permission:

Google API

PostDex's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google Business Profile Access

When you connect your Google Business Profile to PostDex, we request access using the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage OAuth 2.0 scope. Specifically, we use this access to: retrieve your business locations, read customer reviews, and submit owner replies on your behalf. This section explains what we access, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights.

Your Google review content may be processed by Google LLC (Gemini API) solely to generate draft reply suggestions shown only to you. No Google user data is retained by the AI provider after processing. We do not share your Google data with any other third parties except as required by law.

Use of AI Technologies

Note: The following AI providers may process other types of user input (e.g. brand voice samples, post briefs entered by the user, general chat). Google Business Profile data is governed by a separate, narrower disclosure in the Google Business Profile Access section above.

We provide the AI Products through third-party service providers ("AI Service Providers"), including Google Cloud AI, Groq, Anthropic, OpenAI, Mistral AI, Cohere, and Perplexity. Your input, output, and personal information will be shared with and processed by these AI Service Providers to enable your use of our AI Products. You must not use the AI Products in any way that violates the terms or policies of any AI Service Provider.

7. HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?

In Short: If you choose to register or log in to our Services using a social media account, we may have access to certain information about you.

Our Services offer you the ability to register and log in using your third-party social media account details (like your Facebook or X logins). Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from your social media provider. The profile information we receive may vary depending on the social media provider concerned, but will often include your name, email address, friends list, and profile picture, as well as other information you choose to make public on such a social media platform.

We will use the information we receive only for the purposes that are described in this Privacy Notice. Please note that we do not control, and are not responsible for, other uses of your personal information by your third-party social media provider. 8. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless otherwise required by law.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than twelve (12) months past the termination of the user's account.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymise such information, or, if this is not possible, then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

10. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age, nor do we knowingly sell such personal information. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, we may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our legal terms and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.

12. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.

California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognising or honouring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.

Global Privacy Control: We recognize and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. If you use a browser or extension that supports GPC, we will treat this as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising purposes under applicable state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). 15. SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT ACCESS

When users connect their Facebook or Instagram accounts, PostDex is granted permission to publish posts on their behalf only. PostDex cannot and does not read private messages, access personal profiles, view contacts, or perform any action beyond publishing approved content to connected Business Pages. Users can revoke this access at any time via Settings → Connected Accounts.

16. AI GENERATED CONTENT

Content generated by PostDex's AI is provided as a suggestion only. Users are responsible for reviewing all content before it is published. PostDex accepts no liability for any AI-generated content that is published automatically via the Autopilot feature where the user has chosen not to cancel the scheduled post within the 2-hour preview window.

17. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

PostDex relies on third party services including Meta, Google, Stripe and Supabase. PostDex accepts no liability for service interruptions, failed posts, or data loss caused by the failure or unavailability of these third party services.

18. FOUNDING MEMBER PRICING

Founding Member pricing is locked for the lifetime of the subscription as long as the subscription remains active and is not cancelled. PostDex reserves the right to modify pricing for new subscribers at any time.
